Mattias Kodzoman is the Director of Coaching and Development for the Tiburon Peninsula Soccer Club.  He has extensive experience as a player and coach.  Mattias is from Vasteras, Sweden.   He has a NSCAA Premier Diploma and has coached competitive youth teams for the past 15+ years in Tiburon Peninsula Soccer Club, Marin FC, Mill Valley Soccer Club, Central Marin Youth Soccer Club, San Francisco Youth Soccer and Redwood High School Varsity Girls coach. He is a two time All American having played soccer for Tri-State University and University of San Francisco and as a professional player in Sweden for Basteras SK.  He has a BS in Marketing and Accounting from the University of San Francisco.  Mattias has also taken over 400 players and parents to Europe to play soccer over the past 9 years.  Mattias will coach the 2008 boys and 2009 girls competitive teams for the 2021/22 season.

 

Javier Alvarado has over 25 years’ experience coaching youth soccer players. He has coached youth teams for TPSC, Novato, Mill Valley, Marin FC and high school teams for Tam High and Sacred Heart Cathedral. As a player, Javier played for the semi-pro teams SF Diablos and SR Breakers. He was the team captain at City College of San Francisco and also played at San Francisco State. Javier has his USSF E/D license, attended numerous coaching symposiums, plus has his AA in Kinesiology.  Javier will coach the 2010 girls, 2012 girls B and the 2012 boys B competitive teams for the 2021/22 season.

 

 

Chris Stibich grew up in Marin and played as a youth in Tiburon Peninsula Soccer Club, Mill Valley Soccer Club, Marin FC and at Redwood High. He went on to play collegiate soccer for Whitworth University as part of one of the most successful classes winning three straight Northwest Conference titles and competing in three NCAA Division III tournaments. Post college, Chris played professionally for the Bay Area Ambassadors and AS Laranja, Kyoto Japan. Chris’ 15+ years of coaching includes soccer camps, clinics and teams for SoccerInsight, Spokane Shadow, Kyoto Academy, TPSC, MVSC, Marin Catholic High School Varsity Boys and Academy of Art University Women's D2. He has a NSCAA National Diploma coaching license and a BA in Graphic Design. Chris will coach the 2006 girls, 2007 boys and 2011 boys competitive teams for the 2021/22 season.

 

Alexa Garratt grew up playing competitive soccer for Mill Valley and Marin FC; she also played for Tam High's Varsity team all four years and helped the team win league, playoff, and North Coast Section titles in 2008. She began working as an assistant coach for various soccer camps when she was 13. Since graduating from UC Davis she has coached for the Tiburon Peninsula Soccer Club and for several teams in San Francisco.  Alexa will coach the 2011 girls, 2012 girls A, 2013 and 2014 girls competitive teams for the 2021/22 season.

 

Fernando Monroy grew up playing street soccer in Bolivia, La Paz. He also played at Sacred Heart High School in San Francisco. Currently plays on Real County over 40, Marin Soccer League. His coaching experience stretches back 12+ years with Tiburon Peninsula Soccer Club, North Marin United and Novato United.  He has a USSF National D License, NSCAA National Diploma, Coerver Diploma and completed TOVO 1 Training with Todd Beane. Additional experience and accomplishments include; AC Fiorentina Advance Course, Centro de Alto Redimiento Profesional España with Javier Lopez, Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) and Double-Goal Coach Certification. He graduated from San Diego State University with B.F.A in Graphic Design and Minor in History. He has traveled to 5 continents, 25 countries and 120+ cities world wide. Fernando will coach the 2012 boys, 2013 boys and 2014 boys competitive teams for the 2021/22 season.

 

David Siracusa joined the TPSC coaching staff last season with an impressive coaching, administrative and academic resume.  He currently is a coach for the Redwood High School boys varsity.  He has also coached at San Jose State, San Diego State, Cal State Stanislaus and Sonoma State as well as other high school varsity teams.  David has a MS in Organizational Psychology, Nutritional Sciences and Exercise from SDSU and a BA in Psychology from Sonoma State University.  David will coach the 2003/04/05 boys competitive team for the 2021/22 season.

 

Mike Watson joined the TPSC coaching team in 2019 shortly after moving to the US from hometown Sydney, Australia. Mike has coached at a local and state representative levels for both soccer and futsal, winning many national championships and developing youth talent, some of which have gone onto creating professions within the game. His playing experience consists of time in Spain, USA and various teams within Australia’s top pyramid league as a central midfielder and defender. Mike will be coaching the 2010 boys competitive team for the 2021/22 season.

 

 

Greg Judge comes from an extensive soccer background having played for CASL Chelsea Academy, U20 Carolina Rail Hawks, NC ODP, Region 3 ODP and D1 at West Virginia University. Greg has coached many age groups at the competitive youth soccer level including U10, U11, and U15 boys at FC Alliance in WV for 3 years. 2 years at MUSC in WV. And 2 years at Alexandria Soccer Association in Alexandria, Virgina/DC for U11, U12 girls.  Greg has also run many of the soccer camps for boys and girls ages 5-18 during his tenure at WVU.  Greg will be coaching the 2009 boys competitive team for the 2021/22 season.
