TPSC Refund Policy

Rec Divisions Refund Policy for players requesting to drop

If our club registrar receives a player request to drop by July 31, he/she will receive a refund of the registration fee less a $50 club administrative fee.

For requests on or after August 1, there will be no refund of any fees.

Competitive Divisions Refund Policy for players requesting to drop

Fall Teams
- By June 15: TPSC retains 50% of the total club fees
- After June 15: No refunds

U15 and older Fall Teams
- By July 15: TPSC retains 50% of the total club fees
- After July 15: No refunds

Winter Teams
- By December 31: TPSC retains 50% of the total club fees
- After December 31: No refunds
